 OVERVIEW
– The stone built house was developed in the 1930s, one of the last to enjoy direct views across the old market square.
'Ingleby' consists of a spacious living room, dining room and entrance hall. The kitchen leads through to a sunny breakfast room with additional access to the garden. Also downstairs is a WC and shower room.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one with a queen sized bed, one with 2 twin beds and the third a single room with optional cot. There is a bathroom and separate WC.

LIVING ROOM - a comfortable place to unwind - large sunny bay window, dressed stone fireplace, TV, DVD player, and a selection of games and DVDs.

DINING ROOM - A separate dining room, seating six, has french doors opening to the rear garden. |
BREAKFAST ROOM - a relaxing suntrap, an ideal spot to read the Sunday papers or enjoy an informal brunch. Opens into the neat fitted kitchen - with modern stove, refridgerator and microwave - plus direct access to the garden.

OUTDOOR LIVING - enjoy the sheltered cottage garden, with small lawned area extending around the house , flower borders and a lockable bicycle shed.

TWIN BEDROOM - a rear facing room with twin single beds.
Oil-fired central heating is standard throughout the house. |
SINGLE BEDROOM - a third bedroom contains single bed and fold-away cot. |
BATHROOM - an upstairs bathroom is fitted with a modern white bathroom suite, with an adjacent WC room.
Downstairs is a second WC plus shower. |
